Matteo (Alessio Vassallo) is a technician of the municipal administration of a small province, but he has the dream of becoming a cartoonist. When he meets Paola (Ilaria Spada), a famous comic book writer, his life changes radically: the two fall in love and start a family. From their union were born Virginia, Geneva and Melania. Paola and Matteo have reached a strange balance: Matteo takes care of the house, takes the girls to school and changes them. Ten years have passed between funny moments and routines in which Matteo put aside his professional dream dedicating himself mainly to the role of father. The meeting with a former colleague who works in a French publishing house makes Matteo want to get to work again: perhaps the time has come to realize that dream that has remained closed in a drawer for too long. His decision will bring some turmoil in the family balance.
