A father can support a hundred sons, but would three children be able to support a father”? Vincenzo is a very successful and rich entrepreneur. Widowed, suddenly left alone, he has to look after three children in their twenties, Matteo, Chiara and Andrea, who represent for him a real challenge. The boys live, in fact, a life full of luxuries, but without much sense and especially unaware of any responsibility, with a light everyday life, away from the demands and the desire to earn a living. Vincenzo, therefore, will try to bring them back to reality by creating a setup in which he informs his children that the family business is failing to fraudulent bankruptcy. They are therefore forced to a sudden escape worthy of real fugitives. The four take refuge in the battered old house that was the family home in Puglia where Vincenzo grew up as a young boy before moving to the north to create his financial empire. To survive, Clare, Matthew and Andrew will have to start doing something they’ve never done before: they are going to have to work.
